You control a paddle to deflect beats flying in from the opposite side of the screen. The simple Pong-like action becomes a test of timing and reflexes as the incoming patterns grow more complex.
Successful rebounds add notes to the music, linking your play directly to the soundtrack. Keeping up with the beat builds a more layered sound, while missed beats disrupt the flow.
Progress through staged sequences and boss encounters, with mouse and motion-control options and an Easy Mode. The game pairs its rhythm-focused action with a minimalist, colorful retro visual style.
Some players enjoy the Pong-and-rhythm combination, the reactive chiptune soundtrack, and the retro audiovisual style; a few also value its nostalgic feel or motion controls. Other reviewers find the visual effects distracting, the mouse controls awkward, or the difficulty and restart penalties frustrating.
