Mercenary Blaze Rush follows a distress beacon to a dangerous alien planet, where a mystery at an ancient crash site becomes a fight to survive and find a way off the world.
Play through side-scrolling levels that combine shooting, melee combat, platforming, and exploration. Weapons and explosives help fight hostile creatures, while the environment can turn into a weapon: enemies can be crushed by falling structures or elevators, blasted by explosions, or run down in vehicles.
Search levels for secrets and supplies, and use collected weapons, armor, and other equipment to shape Blaze's loadout. Character upgrades and equipment improvements provide progression as the campaign advances through enemy encounters and boss fights.
