You play as Sister Ada, a digital exorcist serving the Church of Ain Soph’s Inquisition in a future society where technology and religious authority are intertwined. When murders occur, you investigate whether suspects have been influenced by daemons.
Explore each crime scene for evidence and question its small cast of suspects. Compare their accounts on a shared timeline, check testimonies against one another and the physical clues, and confront contradictions to uncover what happened.
As you learn about suspects’ hidden desires and motives, build an accusation by establishing the means, timing, and motive of a crime. The game spans three cases, ending each investigation with a decision about whom to accuse and which daemon to banish.

Question your suspects. Watch their movements and testimonies closely, as the reconstruction may be based on lies. Use contradictions and clues to form your own hypothesis. Who is lying and why? Who is possessed? You must decide what is the truth for yourself, based on the evidence presented.
No hidden plot twists, no QTEs, no random puzzles or mini-games, just you and the information. In all 3 cases, don’t just act like a detective -- BE a detective. Finding the murderer will require true understanding of the case, not just following the story.
