Manage transportation for commuters in four of the world's greatest cities - Vienna, Helsinki, Berlin, and Amsterdam
Developed by Colossal Order · Published by Paradox Interactive

Take the role of an urban transit planner in Vienna, Helsinki, Berlin and Amsterdam. Rather than managing every aspect of city life, you focus on moving commuters between homes, workplaces and leisure destinations.
Build routes and place stops for buses, trams, subways and other transport, then buy vehicles and adjust service to meet demand. Balance capacity and frequency against operating costs while keeping passengers satisfied and routes profitable.
Play 12 campaign scenarios or use sandbox mode across the campaign cities. The game spans 1920 to 2020, with vehicles and transport options changing over time; an editor lets you create custom cities.
Players who enjoy the game often praise its focused public-transit planning, the challenge of balancing routes and finances, and the range of vehicles and network options. Some also appreciate the city atmosphere and the campaign or sandbox play. Other reviews find the management opaque or restrictive, so these strengths are not shared by everyone.
