You play a new work-from-home tech-support specialist at a telecommunications company. From a simulated computer desktop, you handle customer conversations and troubleshoot problems with phones and software.
Use workplace apps and tools to investigate issues, check information, and choose responses. You can follow company procedures or use your access for other purposes, while juggling incoming tickets and earning money through your work.
As the days pass, the job connects you to a conflict involving the company, a hacktivist group, and the police. Your decisions shape who you cooperate with and which story paths and endings become available; promotions also unlock additional tools.
Some players enjoy the unusual tech-support premise, the routine of handling customer tickets, and the challenge of managing several problems at once. Reviews also praise the unfolding conspiracy, side stories, and branching endings. Others find the ticket work repetitive and report that unclear instructions, inconsistent evaluations, and bugs can make the experience frustrating.
