Perfect Heist is a round-based game of cops versus robbers. Robbers try to infiltrate a bank without being recognized, while cops search a crowd of NPC customers and workers for the people planning a heist.
As a robber, you can take NPCs’ clothes for disguises, sneak explosives into the bank, hack ATMs, and steal cash or jewelry. Get the loot out and call a helicopter for an escape; masks can provide bonus stats but also reveal your identity.
As a cop, you can monitor security cameras and use abilities such as checking IDs, thermal vision, and placing cameras to identify suspects before confronting them. Both teams have classes with different abilities, and matches take place across multiple maps; play is available online or through an offline tutorial.
Several reviewers describe the game as entertaining with friends, with one also praising its accessible gameplay. Others say it loses appeal when played alone or after a while. Individual reviews report bugs, problems with bots, and a tutorial that needs work.
Perfect Heist 2 got released on Steam, completely reworking and improving all aspects of the game from networking and AI to shooting and movement mechanics, with new maps, 32 classes, and a level editor!
