In a futuristic world of sentient robots, Kai—a lone operative who wields the Gravity Circuit—returns to action when the Virus Army threatens the planet again. The campaign follows his mission to fight through the renewed uprising.
Across 12 stages, Kai runs, jumps, dashes, and grapples through hazards and enemy-filled levels. Combat centers on close-range punches and combos, with grapples to seize foes or reach across the environment; defeated enemies can also be thrown at others. Each stage ends with a boss fight.
Stages contain secrets and civilians to rescue, with rewards used to unlock upgrades. Kai can equip a selection of passive upgrades and special skills, while paint palettes alter his abilities. Difficulty options and additional challenges offer ways to replay the campaign.
