This Elder Scrolls Online chapter takes players to Elsweyr, the Khajiit homeland, where they defend the region from an ancient evil and dragons.
Players explore savannahs and canyons, follow a quest chain, and take on caves and other familiar MMO activities. Dragon battles can call for a group of players.
The chapter adds the Necromancer class, which channels the undead, alongside a new raid and story content. Its activities follow the established style of the base game.
In the supplied reviews, players praise Elsweyr's Khajiit setting and story, as well as its dragon encounters and amount of content. One reviewer describes the expansion as polished but predictable, with no major changes to familiar MMO mechanics.
