We Love It's Guide to…

Need for Speed™ Rivals

In Redview County, take the role of a street racer or a police officer in separate campaigns. The rivalry unfolds across an open road network, with brief story scenes framing each side’s perspective. Drive through races, time trials, and pursuit events, or encounter other racers and police while exploring the county. As a racer, evade police and compete in events; as a cop, pursue and arrest racers. Complete campaign objectives to advance and unlock cars and equipment. Racers earn Speed Points while driving, which can be lost if they are caught or wrecked before banking them; both sides can equip pursuit technology for chases. Online servers are no longer available, so play is limited to single-player.

Race or patrol Redview County as cops and racers, taking on open-road events and gadget-filled pursuits in solo play.
