We Love It's Guide to…

Need for Speed™ Heat

In Palm City, you are a street racer working your way into the racing elite while facing a rogue police force. The open city offers races and room to drive between events. The day-and-night cycle divides progression: sanctioned daytime races earn Bank for cars and upgrades, while illegal nighttime races build REP and raise police attention. The more you push your luck after dark, the more intense the pursuit becomes. Customize cars visually and mechanically, adjusting their performance and handling for different styles of racing. Earn REP to unlock further races and parts, then escape the police and return to a garage with your nighttime gains.

Race Palm City by day for cash and by night for reputation, tuning cars while outrunning an escalating police force.
