Set near the end of the Iraq War, House of Ashes follows American and Iraqi soldiers who become trapped in a buried Sumerian temple. They must confront the creatures below and decide whether former enemies can work together to survive.
This cinematic horror adventure centers on dialogue choices, exploration, and quick-time events, with action sequences adding to the group’s attempts to escape. Decisions influence character relationships and can change who lives and how the story ends.
Play alone or share the story through online co-op or an offline pass-the-pad mode for up to five players. After completing the main story, the Curator’s Cut offers scenes from other characters’ perspectives and additional choices.
