High School Odyssey

You play a high school student in late-1990s China, living on a large campus and deciding how to spend your school days. The game gives you broad freedom to pursue relationships, school life, and campus conflicts.

Build character stats through activities such as studying, playing basketball, working, talking with classmates, and fighting. You can develop relationships with 23 characters through conversations, dates, trips, and other activities, with a goal of finding a girlfriend within 150 days.

Your choices also shape campus life: join a club or the Mafia, take part in fights, and manage your studies. Exam results and fighting can bring consequences, including punishment or expulsion, while choices can lead to different outcomes.

In this sample, some players enjoy the late-1990s school setting, open-ended roleplay, campus fights, and the challenge of completing relationships and other goals. Others find the daily activities repetitive and the character stories and interactions too limited; one reviewer reports repeated crashes at a specific point.
