Moonlight In Garland

From the Devs

Moonlight in Garland is a cozy, open-ended life sim set in the bustling metropolis of Garland. Whether you’re growing houseplants or helping out your new neighbours, every day brings fun, friendships and the weird side of city-living.

📦 Unpack your boxes, find your people, and make the city of Garland your home.

Of course, every city has its challenges…

• Can you handle the thrilling, edge-of-your-seat excitement of attending a monthly resident committee meeting?

• Will you forge life long friendships through mildly questionable but well intentioned crimes?

• Are you ready to better your local community by showing kindness and making small changes: to the extreme!?!

• Do you like trains? Or anthropomorphic recycling bins?

💌 City life is calling, and you're going to love it here!*

*Apartment quality may vary. Loving it not guaranteed…

🌆 Move in!

Match your vibe to one of the four apartment buildings in town. Each building has its own unique storyline, apartment layouts, community events and problems quirks! As your life in Garland grows, let Ryan at Quality Real Estate help you with upgrading to a bigger space or even a different building… for a very reasonable fee.

💼 Get to work!

You’re gonna need a way to fund your extravagant new lifestyle, so consider taking on part-time jobs. Join the gig-economy as a delivery person, track down suspects as an ethically challenged private investigator or dabble in stock trading. If you have some spare time you can always sign up to the Council’s Recycling or Initiatives programs to earn cash for bigger community projects.

💖 Build deep connections!

City life can get lonesome so befriend or romance a diverse cast of 22 residents through relationship events and watch their stories unfold. Nothing brings people closer than accidentally stealing a helicopter together, right? With 18 romancable characters, customisable commitment and break up options (dump that pesky partner via sky writing!!) there’s heaps of ways to connect… or disconnect.

🌿 Get involved!

Clean up trash, scrub graffiti, pick wild herbs and gather pebbles to polish into crystals to make your neighbourhood beautiful. Someone’s gotta do it, and your local community is what you make of it.

⏰ Balance your time and energy!

Feeling tired from all that hard work? Try one of Dr Hannah’s specially formulated Buffins for that extra pep in your step! Feeling mentally drained? Take some time out to relax at your window and just watch the world go by. Manage your physical and mental energy to get the most out of every day.

🎨 Decorate your space!

Forget worrying about your security deposit in Garland! Grow houseplants, change your wallpaper, rearrange furniture and make your apartment feel like home!

🎉 Live that life!

Enjoy seasonal festivals, fish, photograph wildlife, contribute to the museum or just take life one day at a time. Cities grow and change, so as development continues you’ll find more things to love around every corner.

💖 See you in Garland!
