Frank Schwarz loses his Ministry job and avoids prison by making a deal with a high-ranking security officer. Now he works undercover as an apartment manager in a totalitarian state, spying on tenants while trying to regain his former position.

Search apartments for contraband, install surveillance cameras, gather information, and report, manipulate, or blackmail people. Everyday duties—such as paying bills, fixing apartments, and keeping tenants happy—compete with quests and deadlines.

Frank also spies on colleagues and superiors at the Ministry, completes assignments, and works his way up its ranks. Political factions compete for power, and your decisions shape how you handle people and which outcomes become available.

Some players enjoy the story, dystopian atmosphere, and moral choices, as well as combining apartment surveillance with Ministry career progression.
