You play Evan, a new intern in the central ministry of a totalitarian state. As you move through its offices, you pursue a place higher in the hierarchy while trying to learn more about your family and the ministry.

Each day, choose how to spend your time: process and sort paperwork, talk to colleagues, search desks for information, and take on office tasks and quests. Money and authority help you meet obligations and advance, so deciding which activities to prioritize matters.

You can gather dirt on coworkers and bosses, scheme against them, help people, or follow orders. Relationships, skills, items, and decisions shape how you handle problems and can lead to different routes through the ministry and multiple endings.
