World Boss is a fast-paced first-person shooter set in an ongoing arena free-for-all for up to 14 players. Fight to climb the scoreboard and become the World Boss, then hold off the other players as they try to take your crown.
Earn levels during a match and choose upgrades to your perks, weapons, and equipment. These choices shape your build and can combine in unusual ways, from a jetpack-equipped sniper to a rifle that fires rockets when you reload. Losing all your lives resets you to Level 1.
The arena’s top player can work toward corrupting the server, giving the other players a target to stop. You can also party up with as many as three Steam friends and adapt your build by watching what your opponents use.
Players who enjoyed World Boss often praised its entertaining, fast-paced fights and the variety of builds created by its perks and weapon upgrades. Some also found wins satisfying when they managed to turn a close fight around.
