In a post-apocalyptic world devastated by a virus, you are a survivor left to fend for yourself. Explore towns, camps, and other locations while avoiding or fighting zombies and hostile human survivors.
Search buildings and points of interest for weapons, clothing, food, medicine, and equipment. Manage needs such as hunger, thirst, and radiation, and find, fuel, and repair vehicles to travel and carry supplies. Trade with survivors at safe zones and trader hideouts.
Choose where to settle and build or fortify a base, using found and crafted items for storage and shelter. Improve abilities through a skill tree, and adjust difficulty and gameplay settings to suit your run. The game currently offers a single-player experience, with changing weather and day-night cycles.
