You play an unknown hacker in a dystopian, text-based world. Use terminal commands to explore a network of servers, break into targets, and earn money and experience by hacking, growing accounts, and weakening security.
Write JavaScript scripts to automate these operations and coordinate work across servers. As you progress, unlock programs and new ways to earn resources, including stock trading, company work, crimes, factions, and other systems that can also be scripted.
Spend your earnings on character upgrades, including augmentations, and take on programming puzzles and minigames. Further progression opens additional systems and challenges, giving you more tasks to handle manually or build into your scripts.
