You play as Malum Caedo, a Space Marine sent to Graia, a Forge World under attack by Cultists, Traitors, and Chaos Daemons. His mission is to find a fragment of a mysterious power source while fighting through the planet alone, accompanied by a servo-skull.
Move through industrial halls, cathedrals, canyons, and other battle-scarred areas, searching for paths and keys before facing groups of enemies in combat arenas. Fight with firearms, grenades, and a chainsword, and keep moving as you take on Chaos forces.
The campaign is divided into levels, where you can find weapons, ammunition, health, armor, secrets, and temporary weapon boosts. New weapons become available as you progress. Horde mode offers a separate challenge against ongoing waves of enemies.
