After a disaster in a remote asteroid research lab, a scientist is left with one working arm and infected by a deadly parasite. You crawl through the facility, trying to survive, preserve your research, and uncover what happened.

Movement, combat, and inventory actions are performed with the mouse. Drag yourself across rooms, aim and fire, and reload guns manually one bullet at a time; you must plan when to move, attack, or handle your equipment while mutated creatures close in.

Manage ammunition and vaccine syringes as the parasite acts as a time-sensitive threat. Explore the lab, solve puzzles, use stealth, and face varied enemies and bosses with four guns. The game also includes harder difficulty and an Endemic mode with randomized areas and upgrades.
