You play as scientist Cynte, who has lost three limbs and is infected with a deadly parasite. Crawl through an infested arcship, face mutated creatures, and try to escape to civilization.

Explore its rooms and floors, search for supplies, solve puzzles, and choose when to fight or evade threats. Combat requires you to manage movement and weapons by hand, including reloading one bullet at a time.
