The Riese Project - Prologue

From the Devs

🎮 Welcome to the prologue of The Riese Project

A missing grandfather. A hotel with a past. Underground tunnels that refuse to stay buried.

„I got you... Wait. I’ve seen this place before.”

Anna returns to her family's old guesthouse in the Owl Mountains. Not for rest. For the truth.
rapped in a room, with a fogged mirror and a phone call from her mother, she triggers a chain of events that lead straight to “Projekt Riese” — a real, unfinished Nazi complex buried deep beneath Lower Silesia.

This is a free prologue of a narrative game where every click speaks. Every item means something. Every decision echoes.

🔍 What to expect?

🎙️ Anna speaks — you listen
You’re not a silent shell. You’re the protagonist — sarcastic, stubborn, sharp.

„Yesterday I was a quiet student. Today? A seasoned break-in artist.”

🧠 uzzles driven by context, not code
Open grandpa’s safe, find a hidden map, match piano tones to underground valves.
You think like Anna. You feel like Anna. That’s the key.

🌍 Real location, digital obsession
Hotel Szyprówka, photogrammetry, Lumen, Nanite — but the spotlight isn’t on tech. It’s on touchable atmosphere.

🕹️ FPP or VR (OpenXR)
Play your way: keyboard, controller, headset — everything works. The choice is yours.

🆓 Free. No strings attached.

🎯 For players who:

• Want silence that hurts more than jump scares.

• PRemember “Gone Home”, “Firewatch”, “Ethan Carter” — and want more.

• Own RTX, but value truth in pixels over realism for realism’s sake.

🔓 Not a tech demo. A trial by story.

The clock is ticking. Someone’s walking up the stairs. And the map doesn’t lie.

„Be a bull terrier. Be a storm. Be Jodie Foster in ‘The Silence of the Lambs’.”
