You play as one of Clue/Cluedo’s suspects, investigating a murder by working out which character committed it, which weapon was used, and where it happened. The answer is determined by three cards set aside at the start of each game.
Roll dice to move around the board and make suggestions when you enter rooms. Other players can disprove a suggestion by showing you a matching card; track what is revealed to narrow down the possibilities. Make an accusation when you think you have the solution, but a wrong accusation removes you from active play.
Play the classic rules or choose variations including Clue Cards and Ultimate Detective, where players answer suggestions simultaneously and secretly. Matches can be played solo against AI, online, in private rooms, or locally, and the digital clue sheet can automatically record deductions.
Players who enjoy the game often praise it as a convenient digital version of the familiar deduction board game, especially for playing with friends or family. In Ultimate Detective Mode, everyone answers suggestions at the same time…but secretly!
Face your suspects in a direct interrogation as you rely on your skills of deduction to get to the truth. Experience the mystery, solve the murder and become a top-tier detective!
Three cards are dealt face-down and set aside – this is the solution to the crime!
Everyone is dealt three Clue Cards. These are automatically crossed off your clue sheet, as they can’t be part of the solution.
Roll the dice and move around the board.
When you enter a room, you can make a suggestion – select who you think the murderer is, what weapon they used and where the crime happened.
Other players will then aim to disprove your suggestion; if one of your suggestions matches a card in their hand, they show you that card to disprove it.
Use your clue sheet to keep track of which characters, weapons and rooms have been disproven.
Think you’ve figured it out? It’s time to make an accusation! Be careful though – if you’re right, you win, but if you are wrong, you’re out!
