Resident Evil 4 (2005)

Special agent Leon S. Kennedy is sent to rescue the U.S. president’s kidnapped daughter. In a rural European village, he faces hostile residents controlled by the Las Plagas parasite and the cult behind the abduction.

Play from an over-the-shoulder view and fight enemies with deliberate aiming and shooting; Leon cannot move while aiming. Search each area for ammunition, money, and valuables, and manage supplies in an expandable attaché case. Shots to different body parts can stagger enemies and create opportunities for close-range attacks.

Spend collected money with the Merchant to buy weapons and upgrades, and choose how to equip Leon within the case’s limited space. Ashley accompanies Leon through parts of the mission and can be directed to stay or follow. The game also includes bonus modes and content such as Separate Ways, Assignment Ada, and Mercenaries.
