This mod brings multiplayer to Just Cause 2’s open world of Panau, letting players share the sandbox rather than experience it alone.
Players can roam freely and create their own chaos with grappling hooks, parachutes, explosions, vehicle stunts, races, and shootouts. Groups may also take on activities such as capturing a military base.
Servers can set their own rules and support roleplay or other player-led activities. The mod centers on free-roam multiplayer rather than a story campaign or conventional character progression.
Players who enjoy the mod praise the freedom and unpredictable chaos of sharing Panau, where races, stunts, shootouts, and other activities can emerge from the players around them. Some especially value playing with friends or spending time on roleplay servers, and several recall memorable periods when servers were busier. Other reviewers say that low population can leave little to do.

| Multiplayer | This is a server-based multiplayer mod for Just Cause 2. The provided text describes online play with other players on public and private servers, ranging from small groups to very large server populations; repeated claims mention hundreds, thousands, and in some cases up to 3,000, 5,000, 9,000, or 10,000 players, but those higher figures are not consistently confirmed. It is not described as supporting the single-player campaign in co-op, and several reviews explicitly state there are no NPCs and no co-op campaign. |
| Multiplayer & mods | Server-side Lua scripting and server customization materially change multiplayer. Reviews describe custom servers with unique rules, mechanics, economies, factions, roleplay systems, survival features, races, building, teleporting, boosts, shops, skins, DLC handling differences, and other scripted content. |
