As humanity's colony leader on a hostile alien world, establish a foothold and protect your settlers from the approaching Goo. The colony also supports a fleet in orbit, which needs resources and repairs to remain useful.
Build shelter, water and power infrastructure, claim territory and gather resources to grow your base. Recruit units, research upgrades and arrange defenses while pushing back enemy waves; expansion brings supplies but also leaves more ground to protect.
Choose from different captains and factions, with captains gaining experience and abilities as missions progress. Develop an orbital ship with modules for production, research or combat support, and play across procedurally generated maps and biomes. Objectives unlock further ships, captains and biomes.
