You play as Khazan, a former general of the Pell Los Empire who survives his downfall with help from a ghostly presence. He sets out across the continent of Arad to uncover what happened and pursue vengeance.
Fight through individual missions and optional assignments, exploring branching routes and searching for hidden collectibles. Battles focus on timing attacks, dodges and parries, then using combos and skills to break opponents’ stamina and create openings.
Choose between dual weapons, a greatsword and a spear, each with its own skills. Spend skill points, adjust your build, and equip weapons and armor with set bonuses; Lacrima recovered after death can be used to continue developing Khazan. New Game+ and boss challenge modes extend the journey.
