CRUEL is a fast first-person horror shooter set in a hostile, burning building. You battle cultists and other enemies while climbing through its floors, with the advancing fire pushing you to keep moving.
Fight with firearms and melee weapons, aiming carefully and switching tactics as enemies close in. Break vending machines to collect soda cans, then use them to restore health or pay for perks.
Each run takes you through procedurally generated floors, with new weapons and upgrades becoming available as you progress. Death sends you back to start another attempt; additional modes include endless and runs with restrictions on healing, perks or firearms.
