BADLAND is a side-scrolling action platformer set in a strange forest of plants, creatures, and machinery. You guide one of its small inhabitants through the hazards as you uncover signs that something is wrong.
Fly past traps, obstacles, and puzzles using physics-based movement. Pickups can change your creature’s size or speed, or create copies that move together; some levels use these effects to make navigating hazards more demanding.
The single-player campaign contains 100 levels, with additional local multiplayer modes for up to four players. Play co-op through levels or compete in battle stages.
In this sample, players often praise BADLAND’s atmospheric visuals and sound, along with its inventive physics, changing hazards, and clone-based mechanics. Local co-op is a recurring source of fun, and many reviewers also enjoy returning to a game they remember from mobile. Difficulty is a mixed point: some appreciate the challenge, while others find repeated attempts frustrating.
