Explore the asylum in first person, gather items, and find scattered pages that reveal pieces of the story. Use your flashlight to navigate and avoid the entities rather than confront them directly.
The asylum is procedurally generated, so its layout changes between playthroughs. Finding your way through its corridors and surviving encounters are central to the search.
