Players take turns drawing and playing cards in a contest to avoid the exploding kittens. Drawing one without a Defuse card knocks you out; the last player remaining wins.
Use other cards to change the flow of a round and make choices around the risk of drawing. Card descriptions are available during play, and a probability counter indicates the chance of drawing an exploding kitten.
Play against AI or join online games with friends and other players. The game also offers multiple modes and decks, customizable avatars, and emoji reactions.
