You take the role of a town builder in a 19th-century Mediterranean setting, laying out homes, shops, roads, amenities, parks, and plazas. Buildings and streets can be placed without a grid, letting settlements grow in planned districts or winding, organic patterns.
Decorate and customise buildings and public spaces, shape terrain and water, and respond to residents’ preferences and requests. Provide services and jobs, assign workers, manage resources, and research buildings and decorations as your population and settlement develop.
Story and sandbox modes let you build at your own pace. Progress can expand from one settlement to multiple towns, with farming, tourism, and trade and travel routes linking their development.

Freely shape the land beneath your feet with terraforming tools for elevation, water, and terrain.
Beautify your settlement to your heart's content with a plethora of customisation options. Set up lighting, plant flowers and wooded parks, and decorate houses and buildings to complement or contrast. With gorgeous voxel graphics as a base and plenty of tools for fine-tuning, it's easy to create something beautiful that you'll want to capture with the in-game photo mode or stroll through in first-person view.
As your town flourishes, you’ll need to meet the needs of your growing population.
