Story Mode casts you as a Class-D test subject trying to escape during a facility-wide containment breach. You can play alone or cooperatively while encountering dangerous anomalies and searching the complex for a way out.
Explore interconnected corridors and rooms, find items and access cards, and avoid threats as you make your way through the facility. The story offers multiple possible endings, and choices can shape your journey.
Breach Mode is a multiplayer PvP mode with roles including Class-D personnel, scientists, guards, MTF operatives, Chaos Insurgency members, and SCPs. Its randomized facility layouts and shifting alliances set players against one another in attempts to survive or control the site.
