You play as a zookeeper building a deck of animal tiles. During each round, place animals on a board, matching their color or animal type to neighboring tiles, and use their abilities to score enough points to advance.
Across a run, choose animals and visit shops for snacks that alter or boost them and souvenirs that add lasting effects. Zookeepers have distinct starting decks and abilities, while special events and board modifiers can change the conditions of play.
Work through a 28-day run, with eight difficulty levels to unlock and explore. After a standard run, Endless Mode continues toward Day 56; Daily Runs offer a shared seeded challenge, and Challenges Mode includes 24 missions. Runs also unlock animals, each with a fact to collect.
