You run a coal-mining company, starting with a basic pickaxe and a daily quota to meet. In standard play, each day gives you limited time to mine enough coal before the shift ends.
Dig through underground deposits for coal and other valuable materials, then bring your haul back to the surface. Quota rewards and ore sales fund equipment, carrying-capacity upgrades, and workers who can be hired and promoted.
Runs build across successive days as quotas rise and your operation expands. Choose among professions, tools, map layouts, and game modes, including peaceful play; some modes let you keep mining beyond the standard run.
