Plan routes for passengers and cargo while weighing delivery income against vehicle and infrastructure costs. Supply chains connect industries to towns, and growing demand can require new routes, warehouses and capacity. Transporting workers and equipment can help industries produce more, while city needs and traffic create new challenges.
Build and modify roads, tracks, stations and other infrastructure, then use traffic controls and data overlays to find bottlenecks and delivery problems. Play historical campaign missions, adjust the economy and difficulty, or use sandbox mode and the map editor to create your own layouts.
