Utopia: Birth of The Heroes

From the Devs

How much of yourself would you be willing to lose to save someone you love?

Utopia: Birth of the Heroes is a character‑driven fantasy visual novel about conviction, sacrifice, and the price of protecting those who matter most.

The story follows three distinct protagonists, each driven by a different vision of a perfect society. They’ll navigate hardship, political tension, and morally charged decisions. Every perspective reveals a different truth, and every “hero” believes that what they are doing is right and just.

FREDERICK

After a heartbreaking choice shatters his world, Frederick is left questioning everything... including himself. In his darkest moment, someone reminds him not of what he lost… but of what he saved.

True strength is not born from might. It is born from conviction — from choosing to protect, even when it hurts, giving birth to a true hero.

DIOMEDES

Diomedes does not seek to be a hero. He seeks to end suffering — no matter the cost. If saving those he loves demands cruelty, he will not hesitate to bear that burden... even if history brands him a villain.

A protector to some. A monster to others.

But whatever the case, Diomedes understands one truth better than anyone: the road to utopia is carved by those brave enough to be condemned for walking it.

ESKIL

As kingdoms burn, Eskil watches with quiet clarity. He believes there must be another way — one that doesn’t demand so much bloodshed.

In a war fueled by hardheaded conviction, his steady resolve may be the one force capable of changing everything.

Through multiple perspectives and narrative paths, Utopia challenges players to weigh the cost of their ideals and consider the consequences of each decision. Every choice shapes not only the characters’ relationships and personal journeys but also the fate of the world they hope to change. The result is a deeply immersive experience where the pursuit of utopia reveals just how fragile that dream can be.
