Slime Rancher

You play as Beatrix LeBeau, a rancher making a living on the Far, Far Range. Using an all-purpose vacpack, you collect slimes and resources while exploring the planet’s varied regions and uncovering secrets.

Back at your ranch, build corrals and grow crops or raise chickadoos to feed your slimes. Different species have different diets and behaviors, and combining two species creates a hybrid with traits from both.

Slimes produce plorts that you can sell to earn money for ranch expansions and vacpack upgrades. You can also complete other ranchers’ requests and use Slime Science to find resources and craft gadgets, including tools to automate ranch tasks.

Players often enjoy the cute, distinctive slimes and the relaxed rhythm of collecting, feeding, and breeding them while improving a ranch.
