The greatest rock-racing, tower defense, art history game is back! Like the title says, Bigger & Boulder cranks up the surrealism and gameplay with chaotic 4P multiplayer, new time periods, and improved graphics, physics, and destructibility powered by UE4 to be, well… BIGGER AND BOULDER.

Rock of Ages 2 casts you as a boulder-roller racing through exaggerated historical and artistic eras. Its campaign links obstacle courses, castle battles, and animated comedic scenes in a surreal take on history and art.
In battles, you place defensive units and hazards along your course to hinder an incoming boulder, then steer your own downhill toward the rival castle gate. Routes, traps, jumps, and momentum shape each run, while different boulders offer distinct traits.
Campaign progress introduces new settings, defenses, and boulders. Time trials offer another way to tackle the courses, while multiplayer includes local split-screen and online matches for up to four players; the campaign also supports split-screen co-op.
Players often enjoy the unusual mix of boulder racing and defense strategy, along with the slapstick humor and surreal art-history presentation. Local co-op is a recurring highlight, and some players also praise the music and course variety. Criticism varies: reviews mention difficult or awkward courses, unpredictable physics, weak boss fights, sparse online activity, and startup or compatibility problems.
