Pharmacy Simulator: Big Pharma

From the Devs

Pharmacy Simulator: Big Pharma is a highly detailed business management tycoon and life sim where you build your own medical retail empire. Set in a dynamic open world, you start with an empty commercial space and must transform it into the city's premier healthcare drugstore. This isn't just a simple shopkeeper game; it’s a true test of your economic strategy and survival skills!

Advanced Inventory Control & Shopkeeper Mechanics

A successful retail business requires flawless logistics. Use your home PC to order essential medical supplies, furniture, and cash registers. Retrieve your wholesale stock from your basement storage, carry boxes to your shop, and strategically design your store layout. Hand-place every pill bottle and medicine box on your shelves to optimize your space and attract more foot traffic.

Fulfill Prescriptions & Serve Patients

Your customers rely on you for their health and wellness. When patients arrive, they will present specific medical prescriptions. Input their unique codes into your computer system, locate the exact drugs they need from your inventory, and process the transaction. Increase your store level and unlock a massive variety of advanced healthcare products!

Deep Life Sim & Open World Survival

You aren't just a store manager; you are a living, breathing entrepreneur. Monitor your daily hunger and energy levels. Cook meals using your stove or grab a quick bite from the fridge to keep your stamina up. Navigate the busy city streets seamlessly using a bicycle or skateboard. When a profitable workday ends, head back to your cozy apartment to sleep, recover, and prepare for a new day.

Retail Tycoon Automation

As your pharmacy grows into a massive enterprise, the workload will become too heavy for one person. Transition from a humble shopkeeper to a true tycoon manager by hiring dedicated staff. Employ a cashier to handle the checkout line automatically and a cleaner to maintain hospital-grade hygiene. Manage their daily wages, automate your workflow, and watch your passive income skyrocket!
