Take command of your own mercenary outfit of 'Mechs and the MechWarriors that pilot them, struggling to stay afloat as you find yourself drawn into a brutal interstellar civil war.
Developed by Harebrained Schemes · Published by Paradox Interactive

In the year 3025, you command a mercenary company of BattleMechs and their pilots, drawn into a civil war after a ruler is overthrown. The campaign follows the conflict, while Career mode centers on taking contracts across space.
In turn-based battles, deploy a squad of 'Mechs and use terrain, positioning, weapons, and pilot abilities to defeat enemy forces. Damage can leave machines and pilots unavailable, so each mission's outcome affects the state of your company.
Between missions, recruit and develop pilots, repair and customize 'Mechs with equipment and battlefield salvage, and upgrade your dropship. Choose contract rewards and manage company expenses, faction reputation, and your roster as you progress.
Players often praise the deliberate, tactical 'Mech battles, especially the choices around positioning, weapons, and squad composition. Many also enjoy designing and upgrading their machines and managing a mercenary company where damage, repairs, and pilot losses carry consequences. Reviews frequently value the setting and campaign story, while many long-time players cite overhaul mods as a source of added depth and replayability. Some players, however, find the difficulty frustrating and missions slow or repetitive.
