On a polluted, failing Earth, humanity survives inside Basel, a vast machine-powered tower. You follow three mercenaries as they take on jobs and become involved in the mysteries surrounding their home.
Battles are turn-based, built around firearms, tactical movement, and acrobatic attacks. Position your characters, manage combat resources, and combine different weapons to deal damage and finish opponents.
