Sanator: Scarlet Scarf

You take the role of Sanator Richard Murdock, a plague doctor in a city stricken by a deadly epidemic. The story centers on the mystery of the Scarlet Scarf and the calamity threatening the city.

Most of the experience is reading illustrated scenes accompanied by music and sound effects. Occasional choices influence the story’s outcome, with four endings to uncover.

An in-game encyclopedia offers additional information about the setting and its lore. After completing the story, players can also read six accounts set in the days before the epidemic.
