Pirate Guybrush Threepwood discovers that Elaine's engagement ring carries a curse, and suspects his nemesis LeChuck is behind it. He sets out across the islands to find a way to save her.
Explore locations, talk with characters, examine objects, and use items to solve puzzles and advance the story. Some encounters involve insult-based swordfighting, while ship battles add another pirate challenge.
