Five years after the events that brought Antaloor to the brink of disaster, the hero is imprisoned by the dark lord Gandohar. Rescued by a group of Orcs, he sets out across a fantasy world to uncover Gandohar’s past and find a way to save his sister, Kyra.
Explore a large world, take on main and side quests, and fight with melee weapons, ranged attacks, or magic. Combat includes attack and defense moves such as parries, while skills let you develop your character around different approaches.
Experiment with a card-based magic system to assemble custom spells, and use alchemy to prepare potions. You can break down equipment for materials and configure weapons and armor, while traveling by foot, horseback, boat, swimming, or teleportation. The game also includes multiplayer activities and a village-building mode.
Players who enjoy the game often single out its customizable spell system, which lets them combine magical effects and experiment with different builds. Reviews also praise memorable side quests, the fantasy atmosphere, and the freedom to pursue different character styles. Experiences with exploration and combat vary, and many players describe the game as rough around the edges.

One review explicitly states co-op adventures support up to 8 players. |
| Multiplayer & mods | Reviews mention mods that merge single-player and multiplayer content into one world, enable playing single-player maps in multiplayer, and add enemies, bosses, items, AI improvements, and fixes. One review warns that third-party multiplayer content or custom maps may risk bans. Mod support affecting multiplayer appears unofficial. |
