You play as David, a boy kidnapped by a psychopath and trapped in the captor’s house. Explore its rooms and surrounding areas as you try to escape and piece together what happened.
Progress by searching for objects and clues, solving environmental puzzles, and opening new routes. A candle provides light in dark areas, while mannequins and other hazards can threaten it; when enemies pursue you, you must evade them rather than fight.
Notes and environmental details reveal parts of the story as you move through the chapters. Items you find and decisions you make affect which of the game’s three endings you reach.
