You play as a crow working as a reaper of souls. When a thief steals a soul assigned to you, you pursue them into a realm where death has no hold and its inhabitants have lived far beyond their time.
Fight enemies and powerful bosses with melee weapons, arrows, magic, and dodges. You can improve your character's stats and gain abilities as you progress.
