In a post-apocalyptic world under threat from Aragami, you play as an AGE: a modified fighter forced to hunt these creatures. The story follows your character and their team as they take on missions to survive and push back against the threat.

Missions send you into battlefields to fight Aragami, collect materials, and return to prepare for more hunts. You can bring AI allies or play with other people, and build up your equipment using parts gathered from defeated enemies.

God Arcs can switch between close- and long-range combat, and their devour attacks help you enter Burst. Burst Arts add specialized attacks, while the Dive dash helps you close distance and move around the battlefield. New weapons include dual blades, a moon axe, and a ray gun.
