Resident Evil 3

In this survival-horror remake, you play as Jill Valentine as she tries to escape Raccoon City during the outbreak caused by Umbrella. Nemesis, a weapon unleashed to hunt Jill, pursues her through the city, while Carlos Oliveira also joins the story.

Move through streets and indoor locations, search for supplies, and fight zombies and other creatures with a range of weapons. Timed dodges help Jill evade attacks, while items and ammunition must be managed as you push toward the next objective.

The campaign includes multiple difficulty settings, challenges, and unlockable items. The package also includes Resident Evil Resistance, an online 1-versus-4 mode in which four survivors face a Mastermind.

Players who enjoy the game often praise its responsive combat, Jill’s dodge mechanic, and the tense atmosphere of Raccoon City. Jill and Carlos are also recurring character highlights. Some players find the fast, action-heavy pacing exciting, while others say the campaign is too short and linear.
