Generative AI was used during development to create some pre-generated graphical content. This includes several user interface icons used in the game and the hero banner displayed on the Steam store page. The game does not generate any content using AI during runtime.

AI was used to assist in the generation of music, and some art assets. Spanish, French, German, Brazilian Portuguese, Italian and Russian are machine-translated (and labelled that way in-game). If a language proves popular in Early Access, we'll fund a proper human pass on it.

This game uses generative AI tools for code creation, refactoring, debugging assistance, and drafting and revising store text. All AI-generated output is reviewed and edited by the developer before use. The game does not generate AI content during gameplay, nor does it connect to any external AI services.

Generative AI tools were used to assist with code generation and some UI, audio, and promotional/store-page materials. The game’s 3D art assets, vehicles, buildings, effects, and terrain assets are not AI-generated. All final content is reviewed and approved before inclusion.

Ski Lines is a solo-developed indie game created with the help of generative AI tools. AI was used throughout production to support artwork creation, music and sound design, code assistance, prototyping, iteration, and marketing assets.Every AI-assisted element was curated, edited, and integrated by the developer to fit the game’s minimalist ski-map aesthetic and gameplay vision. The use of AI helped accelerate production while preserving human creative direction, design decisions, quality control, and final authorship.

As a solo developer, my focus right is on building a deep, balanced gameplay loop: an MMORPG where your equipment dictates the strength of your card deck. To allow me to focus purely on building the combat and RPG progression mechanics, all current in-game imagery (room scenes, sprites, portraits, HUD etc) uses AI-generated images (Google Gemini) that I have modified by hand to fit the game.These are temporary placeholder assets. My goal is to eventually replace this placeholder art as the game's mechanics are finalized and the project grows.
